With just a few taps, you can easily browse through your files, view previews, and access the information you need. It enables you to access your files and folders wherever you are, ensuring that you can stay productive and organized even when you're away from your desk.

Moving and copying files and folders is made intuitive with the Files.com Mobile App. Whether you're rearranging files, relocating them to different directories, or duplicating important documents, the app enables you to do it all effortlessly. With just a few taps, you can easily manage your files, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.

The Files.com Mobile App goes beyond file management; it also empowers you to capture photos and videos directly from your mobile device and seamlessly upload them to Files.com. Whether you're capturing images for a project, recording videos for presentations, or simply saving memories, the app ensures your media files are instantly accessible from your Files.com web app or other devices.

The Files.com mobile app offers simple and convenient ways to manage your files. You can easily browse through all your files and folders, and even create new folders. If you need to find a specific file or folder, just type a word in the search bar, and the app will locate it for you. You can also add new files such as documents, photos, or videos directly from your phone. If you want to keep a copy of a file on your device for offline access, you can download it. Additionally, if you need to change the name of a file or folder, make a copy, move it to a different location, or delete it, you can do so effortlessly. Moreover, you have the option to assign special colors to your most important files, making them easy to spot using the priority color feature. The app simplifies the process of staying organized and getting things done, no matter where you are.

The Files.com mobile app offers enhanced security through Two-factor authentication (2FA), supporting methods such as Authenticator Apps using TOTP and SMS text messages.

We currently do not support SSO login with our mobile application. If the user requires mobile application access, the authentication method must be set to Password or Active Directory/LDAP.

Note that users can always use any browser on the mobile device to access their Files.com site using SSO. To do that, simply open any browser application on your mobile device, go to your site's login page and select the SSO provider to login.
