Use Files.com with Inboxes
Inboxes are a great way to receive files from individuals not registered with Files.com platform. You have two methods to request anonymous users or external parties to submit files to your Inbox: they can either upload files through the web portal or simply send an email with attachments. You can use the same inbox to accept files through web or email or both.
Inboxes are valuable across a wide spectrum of industries and businesses, including Financial Services, Health Care, Health Sciences, Recruitment and HR, Educational Institutions, Media and Publishing, Event Management, Real Estate, Nonprofit Organizations, Legal Services, and more.
Inboxes simplify the process of collecting data from external parties. Examples of such use cases include collecting loan documents, patient information, media files, insurance claims, job applications, and more.
Integration Options for Inboxes
Received files are treated the same as other files uploaded to your folders, allowing you to integrate with other features of Files.com, such as GPG, Automations, and Remote Sync.
You can have as many Inboxes as you wish, each with its own web and/or email address.
