All inbound and outbound file connections run via a 10Gbit/second connection to the internet via Amazon AWS. Whether your local network connection is small or large, we want you to get the most from it when you connect to Files.com.
We also want it to be easy. We’ve built an easy-to-use web interface that your users will find fast and simple to use, but better yet, we’ve designed it to be super smart when it comes to quick uploads. It knows how to upload large files in parallel.
To keep things speedy, simply drag and drop to upload files. Try not to blink watching the upload progress bar or you might miss seeing it hit that 100% mark.
You can also use your favorite FTP, FTPS, FTPES, and SFTP software client, and turn up the number of concurrent connections to achieve maximum upload speed. When uploading large folders via a file-transfer client, we recommend uploading 10-50 files concurrently to maximize the connection throughput. (Our web interface does this automatically.)
Your most important files are safe and sound on your Files.com site, but you need people all around the globe to access them, now! Don’t worry, we are with you! Remember, we built this platform with you in mind.
We operate acceleration servers in regions around the globe so that your users can connect more quickly and efficiently. Our architecture allows your far-flung workforce and customer base to connect to a server closer to their location, and that server has a clean, fast, dedicated connection to your site’s storage region.
No matter which region your files are stored in, you can use the one click download button to quickly access and review any document. Use the sync feature to connect with other platforms like Google Cloud, Azure, or a remove FTP/SFTP server to make file download as seamless as possible.

You will love the Files.com interface for more than its speed and ease of use. We support remote server mount, so you can view vendor or client files stored on another platform in real time. Sync and mount features let you connect through your Files.com site and access critical files stored on a remote server or cloud storage, directly in the interface.
Our native apps are the fastest around. While we support FTP/SFTP for those legacy systems that require it to complete your critical file transfers, our native apps are fast and much more secure in comparison.
Top off an intuitive interface with short training videos on individual topics to walk users through how to get started with the file transfer features including some advanced scenarios using additional security controls.
