Create a new folder at the specified path
POST https://mysite.files.com/v1.2/createFolder
Replace mysite.files.com with your site address.

| folderName | string | Required. Name of the folder to create |
| path | string | Requried. Where to create the folder. Use / to create a folder in the user's FTP Root folder. |
