Connection Limits

We do not have hard limits on successful logins that any customer should normally see.

However, certain actions on Files.com are rate limited for our protection. For example, sending outbound emails is rate limited, especially on trials, for SPAM concerns.

Additional rate limits can be experienced when the platform encounters too many login failures from a given IP address.

You may also face rate limits if the platform sees an excessively high number of concurrent (simultaneous) connections from an IP address.

Please ensure that you do not attempt more than 25 simultaneous parallel connections from any one IP address. If you use one of our native apps or SDKs, these limits will be handled natively by the app/SDK.
